So often we ignore, discount, or override

the messages from our ‘gut’- our wisdom, our internal knowing.

Instead, many of us live in our heads:

polite and obliging, freezing and resisting the pipeline to our inner truth

and at risk for confusion, frustration and, even, danger.

Attending to our instincts - the intuition of our body - takes skill and practice.

Listening to our body intelligence can:

save us, and move us toward opportunity,

freedom, possibility and transformation.

In this 5Rhythms® Waves movement | dance workshop we will explore the physical terrain of our instinct and to listen to the simple and clear, deep wisdom within us.

All are welcome. No previous experience is required.

**This workshop counts as 12 Waves Hours on the 5Rhythms Teacher Training path.

Time: Friday 7:00pm - 9:00pm (open evening, all welcome) | Saturday 11:00am - 6:00pm | Sunday 11:00am - 4:00pm

Cancellation Policy: A registration refund minus a 70€ administrative cost is available up to January 30, 2025, then 50% of your price until February 28, 2025. No monetary refunds available after that time; the workshop registration can be transferred to an alternate person. If, for unforeseen reasons, the workshop is cancelled by the producer a full refund of registration fees will be issued; the producer will not be responsible for other participant costs incurred in the event of a cancellation.
