GOOD MEDICINE

Winter Retreat at Stowel Lake Farm

Get a dose of (your own) good medicine.

A 5RHYTHMS MOVEMENT RETREAT WITH ANNE MARIE HOGYA

Join me for a long weekend getaway to spectacular Stowel Lake Farm located on Salt Spring Island, BC. Here, we’ll cozy up by the fire, treat our bodies to heart-warming fare, and move together in intimate spaces. Experience growth and community in an unforgettable setting.

Medicine is a continuum

- sometimes good, sometimes bad.

At times, we spiral down into actions that hinder us and get us stuck,

at other times we prescribe ourselves a remedy that liberates

and creates a foundation of wellness.

We can be our own healer or our own saboteur.

We trap ourselves in patterns of harm

and we can shift ourselves into shapes of health.

Like good medicine,

what if we offer ourselves exquisite care?

What if we learn to make choices that sustain us, groove patterns that honour us, and live lives that become the very remedy we need?

We can.

Let’s summon our deep, wise, life-affirming medicine.
