Morning dance on the beach and easy paddleboarding on Gonzales Bay.

Energize, Integrate, Unthaw, Flow, Move

Gonzales Park Beach, Victoria

WHAT:

Dance on the low tide beach to a wide range of eclectic get-you-moving and stir-your-soul music transmitted through wireless silent dance headphones which are provided: music is mixed and sessions are led by AnneMarie Hogya. 

Then, easy paddleboarding on the water with Gina Lemieux of Mer Tales Ocean Journeys & Paddle Canada certified instructor as you weave your dance and motion into an ocean experience! Whether you are a new or seasoned paddler, connecting to the ocean and your movement on the water in an intentional way can bring beautiful insight and discoveries. Stand, kneel, sit, lay down. Go fast, slow, or be still. Observe up close eagles, seals, oyster catchers and more. Nestle within the kelp forest for a sweet liquid meditation. Possibilities are infinite.

All the equipment is provided:

Wireless silent dance headphones provided by Anne Marie Hogya. High quality paddleboards, paddles and safety equipment provided by South Island SUP.

Paddle Canada instructors will be on the water to assist you (6:1 ratio) and can provide mini-lessons if you are newer to paddleboarding.

City of Victoria Outdoor Commercial Use Permit and approved COVID-19 Exposure and Safety Plan in place for all sessions.
